About the role

Enpal is looking for a student to join as a Booking Manager to support their decentralized energy solutions. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling service tickets for heat pump customers and coordinating technician routes to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule incoming service tickets for heat pump customers.
• Coordinate daily routes for service technicians to ensure efficient utilization.
• Act as a point of contact for appointment coordination and information sharing.
• Identify urgent cases such as heating failures and ensure rapid scheduling.
• Maintain an overview of ongoing operations, capacities, and short-term changes.
