About the role

1KOMMA5° is building Europe's leading energy software platform to connect photovoltaics, storage, heat pumps, and charging stations. As a site manager, you will oversee heat pump projects in residential buildings, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors and act as the technical link between planning, sales, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung von Wärmepumpenprojekten im SHK-Bereich
• Organisation und Koordination von Subdienstleistern vor Ort
• Sicherstellung der termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Ausführung von Bauvorhaben
• Überwachung und Steuerung der Baustellenabläufe
• Technische Abstimmung mit Planungsabteilung, Vertrieb und Kunden
• Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Berichterstattung an die Montageleitung
