Responsibilities

• Lead and manage building construction projects from site setup to handover
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and all involved trades
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and cost targets
• Act as the point of contact for clients, architects, planners, and authorities
• Monitor construction progress, manage documentation, handle change orders, and oversee final acceptance
