About the role

1Komma5Grad is building a leading energy software platform to integrate photovoltaics, storage, heat pumps, and charging stations. As a site manager, you will oversee heat pump projects in residential buildings, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung von Wärmepumpenprojekten im SHK-Bereich
• Organisation und Koordination von Subdienstleistern vor Ort
• Sicherstellung der termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Ausführung von Bauvorhaben
• Überwachung und Steuerung der Baustellenabläufe
• Technische Abstimmung mit Planungsabteilung, Vertrieb und Kunden
• Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Berichterstattung an die Montageleitung
