About the role

This role combines operational execution with strategic responsibility in a regulated aerospace environment. It is a newly created position that offers the opportunity to step into a leadership role while managing quality standards and process optimization for safety-critical products.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the further development and implementation of quality standards according to international norms (EN 9100, ISO 9001, EASA Part 21G/145).
• Deputy management of quality management and coordination of audits, including follow-up of measures.
• Optimization of the process landscape and ensuring the efficiency of quality-relevant workflows.
• Support of development and change projects in close cooperation with technical teams.
• Interface management with authorities, customers, and corporate partners during audits and quality issues.
• Initiating new quality topics and continuous improvement of existing processes.

Qualifications
