Senior Backend Engineer

About the role

Predium is building an AI-powered real estate intelligence platform to automate investment and asset management decisions. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will own the core systems, including the GraphQL API, relational data models, and complex background processing workflows. You will partner with product and design teams to build reliable, scalable features that help customers manage ESG and value data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the Hasura GraphQL API, NestJS, and PostgreSQL stack.
• Design and manage complex relational schemas for real estate and ESG domains.
• Own background processing systems including document extraction, imports, and long-running analysis jobs.
• Develop and maintain a robust multi-tenant permission model.
• Integrate LLMs into backend workflows to ensure reliable data extraction.
• Debug production issues using observability tools and simplify complex codebase areas.
