About the role
The Medical Director will own the protocols driving virtual on-demand, urgent, and convenience care lines while leading and scaling the clinical quality assurance program. This role involves integrating AI-powered tools to measure success, refining clinical standards, and managing patient-safety escalation protocols. The position requires a focus on data-driven outcomes to improve care delivery within a fast-moving virtual practice environment.
Responsibilities
- Write, update, and refine clinical protocols for care programs.
- Integrate clinical protocols across partners and translate them into platform logic.
- Lead the clinical quality assurance program and integrate AI to enable scale.
- Develop frameworks and procedures to track patient and clinical outcomes.
- Manage clinical patient-safety escalation protocols and active escalations.
