About the role
A.Team is an invite-only network of senior AI engineers, ML engineers, and AI architects building production AI systems for startups, enterprises, and global companies. You will join small teams to solve real-world problems, working directly with founders, CTOs, and product leaders to shape technical direction and execution.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-native products from 0 to 1
- Develop agent architectures and orchestration systems
- Execute enterprise AI deployments
- Build retrieval, evaluation, and reliability infrastructure
- Create LLM-powered workflows and products
- Operate machine learning platforms at scale
