About the role

The company is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead their internal IT environment, focusing on architecture, security, and automation. You will be responsible for managing the Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure while driving digital transformation and process optimization across the organization. This role involves setting technical standards, managing IT projects, and providing 3rd level support while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop the Microsoft 365 environment including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Manage and optimize the Azure infrastructure, focusing on virtual machines, networking, and backups.
• Oversee network security, including Sophos firewalls and VPN management.
• Design and implement business process automations using Power Automate and PowerShell.
• Define technical standards, document the IT environment, and manage IT projects.
• Provide 3rd level support and mentor junior staff members.
• Identify and implement AI and digitalization solutions to optimize internal processes.
