AI Solutions & Process Engineer

About the role

trawa is seeking an AI Solutions & Process Engineer to help scale their B2B energy platform. You will develop customer-facing and internal tools, optimize revenue process architecture, and build AI-native solutions to drive growth and efficiency. This role involves working closely with tech and commercial teams to enhance the user journey and maintain a competitive edge in the European energy market.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-facing and internal tools to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Manage the overarching process architecture and data models for revenue processes.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
• Build AI-native solutions to position the company as a leader in the energy market.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify pain points and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define growth strategies and roadmaps.
