Senior Product Designer

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead and execute product initiatives from concept to UI for the MyKinsta dashboard and the broader service layer. You will work autonomously within a small, close-knit team, partnering with Research, Product Management, and Development to deliver user-focused solutions. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position while remaining hands-on with design work.

Responsibilities

• Own design projects end to end including concept, scoping, user flows, UI, release, and follow-up.
• Drive discovery by defining solutions for user needs and studying competitors.
• Collaborate with Research, Product Management, and Development to validate technical feasibility and align on requirements.
• Write clear specifications and conduct design QA against the Kinsta Design System.
• Communicate design rationale, resolve product deadlocks, and manage trade-offs.
• Serve as Project Owner during delivery to coordinate releases and communicate progress.
• Maintain and evolve the Kinsta Design System while upholding professional standards in UX and UI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Product or UX Designer
• Demonstrated experience shipping products from zero to production
• Experience working in a SaaS environment on highly technical products
