About the role

As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the technical infrastructure that enables our team to perform their professional duties effectively. You will ensure system reliability, provide technical support, and contribute to the digital transformation of our firm's processes. Your role involves managing networks, supporting IT security, and acting as the primary contact for helpdesk inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Network maintenance and troubleshooting of system failures
• Support for IT security and data protection (GDPR)
• Maintenance of IT documentation
• First-level support and ticket management for IT and DATEV inquiries
• Management of DATEV system landscape including configuration and updates
• Participation in software, AI, and digitalization projects
