About the role

As an IT Support student worker, you will assist the IT Infrastructure team with 1st and 2nd level support to ensure smooth daily operations. You will act as a primary contact for technical issues, support employee onboarding, and contribute to infrastructure optimization projects.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues with Windows, macOS, printers, and MS Office issues
• Manage support requests through to resolution or escalation
• Assist with onboarding new employees and setting up PC workstations
• Perform workplace functionality checks and error analysis
• Contribute to process and infrastructure optimization projects
