Software Engineer

About the role

The Software Engineer will ship end-to-end features that help enterprise clients access mental health support. This role involves designing solutions, writing code, and managing deployment and monitoring while leveraging AI-assisted development practices like Claude Code. The engineer will own their deliverables, maintain system reliability, and contribute to improving the existing codebase.

Responsibilities

• Break initiatives into deliverable slices, design solutions, and manage the full development lifecycle.
• Respond to incidents and bugs while improving observability, security, and performance.
• Tackle technical debt, refactor code, and upgrade dependencies to reduce risk.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools into the daily workflow and share learnings with the team.
