Director of Data Products

About the role

As Director of Data Products, you will own the platform, products, tools, and self-serve layer to ensure data is leveraged effectively across the organization. You will act as a force-multiplier for decision-making quality and velocity while leading a team of analytics engineers and developers. This role sits within the Data & Insight leadership team and requires driving the strategy for how data and AI are utilized throughout the business.

Responsibilities

• Own the data platform, products, and self-serve layer to reduce dependency on the central team.
• Curate the semantic layer and ensure data governance is embedded within the platform.
• Manage the cross-functional roadmap, including operational planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Drive operational excellence through standardized scoping, documentation, and agile ceremonies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics engineers and developers.
