AI Software Engineer

About the role

SFEIR is looking for an AI Software Engineer to design and deploy robust, scalable, and intelligent applications. You will focus on delivering production-ready AI systems that are cost-effective and reliable, while integrating AI into your own delivery methodology.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance backends using Python and FastAPI.
• Structure complex prompts and iterate on Anthropic model performance.
• Implement advanced RAG architectures and connect LLMs to enterprise data.
• Build multi-agent systems with appropriate guardrails.
• Ensure code maintainability, security, and performance through best practices.
