About the role

The Retail Sales associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing daily store operations. This role involves assisting customers with product information, processing transactions, and maintaining the store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Understand product features and provide accurate information to customers.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register efficiently, including cash, card, and digital payments.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as per store policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and cashier area.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
• Monitor inventory levels and report findings.
