About the role

AMI Paris is seeking a Barista ambassador for its flagship store in Le Marais. You will contribute to a welcoming and high-quality customer experience by preparing beverages and managing the boutique's cafe space. This role involves maintaining service standards, managing cafe operations, and collaborating with the retail team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide advice on the menu to ensure a high-quality experience
• Prepare espresso-based drinks, milk-based beverages, and latte art
• Manage daily settings for grinders and machines to ensure consistency
• Oversee stock levels, place supplier orders, and manage inventory
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning of equipment and maintain hygiene standards
• Train and supervise the second barista and organize team schedules
