Engineering Manager IAM – Core Identity

About the role

As an Engineering Manager for Core Identity, you will lead two teams focused on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and directory services (LDAP & Active Directory). You will be responsible for coaching team members, ensuring operational excellence through data-driven decision-making, and maintaining the availability of critical services. This role involves aligning technical choices with the broader IAM strategy while fostering collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach two technical teams focused on IGA and directory services.
• Manage human and non-human identity lifecycles and access governance.
• Oversee the transformation and technical debt reduction of LDAP and Active Directory systems.
• Drive operational excellence by utilizing data and metrics to guide decisions.
• Ensure high availability and performance of critical IAM services.
• Align technical implementations with the global IAM strategy.
