Financial Accountant

About the role

As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in our agile finance team, managing daily operations and supporting the growth of FELFEL. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, assisting with financial statements, and optimizing our ERP systems. This role requires a precise and independent professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including general and sub-ledgers for Swiss and US entities.
• Prepare customer invoices and assist with monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements under Swiss law.
• Maintain and optimize ERP systems to ensure scalability.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding billing and accounts payable.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects to improve financial processes.
• Manage communication with external partners, authorities, and suppliers.
• Assist with VAT filings, US Sales and Use Tax reporting, and annual tax declarations.

Qualifications
