Financial Accountant

About the role

As a Financial Accountant at Felfel, you will play a key role in our agile finance team in Zürich. You will be responsible for daily accounting operations, supporting financial reporting, and optimizing our ERP systems to ensure scalability. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial processes and support our growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including general and sub-ledgers for Swiss and US entities.
• Prepare customer invoicing and assist with monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements under Swiss law.
• Maintain and optimize ERP systems such as Abacus or Microsoft Dynamics BC.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding invoicing and accounts payable.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve financial processes.
• Manage communication with external partners including ERP support, authorities, and suppliers.
• Assist with VAT filings, US Sales and Use Tax reporting, and annual tax declarations.

Qualifications
