About the role

As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will become an expert in our CRM/CX platform and apply your insurance industry knowledge to client projects. You will be responsible for requirements gathering, concept creation, and solution design for business-critical software systems. You will guide clients through the project lifecycle while implementing solutions using low-code configurations within an interdisciplinary, agile team.
