About the role
As a Junior Solution Architect, you will work within the Presales team to support sales processes and bridge the gap between customer needs and product engineering. You will engage directly with customers and partners to solve technical challenges, assist in solution design, and grow into a trusted technical advisor role. This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions for industrial environments.
Responsibilities
- Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical discussions
- Support product demonstrations, onboarding activities, and technical training
- Assist with Proof of Concepts, pilots, and customer rollouts
- Prepare demo environments and technical documentation
- Assist with technical troubleshooting alongside senior colleagues
- Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements
