Consultants to Senior Consultants - Commodity & Energy Trading

About the role

Baringa is seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants to join their growing Commodities & Energy Trading practice in Dusseldorf or Munich. You will work with leading trading organisations, utilities, and energy consumers to navigate complex markets, manage portfolio flexibility, and deliver large-scale transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support trading landscape design, system selection, implementation, and optimisation for core trading platforms.
• Embed data strategies, analytics, and AI into trading operations and decision-making processes.
• Support the development and integration of flexibility capabilities across assets and technology platforms.
• Design and implement trading operating models and end-to-end processes across the commodity and energy trading lifecycle.
• Strengthen risk and regulatory frameworks, governance, and reporting across trading organisations.
