International SEO/AEO Manager

About the role

BetterHelp is seeking an experienced International SEO/AEO Manager to lead organic growth strategies across priority international markets. This role sits at the intersection of technical strategy, content, and editorial, requiring expertise in both traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery surfaces. You will manage multilingual content workflows and drive user acquisition for a global brand in the mental health industry.

Responsibilities

• Own international organic growth strategy across all priority markets
• Develop and execute AEO strategy for search platforms and AI-driven discovery surfaces
• Monitor and analyze brand and content appearance across AI-powered search surfaces
• Manage the operational model for multilingual SEO/AEO content production with freelancers and agencies
• Develop AI-assisted, human-reviewed content workflows and editorial quality frameworks
• Drive technical SEO strategy including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals
• Build and manage a content refresh program to maintain rankings and answer engine presence
