Technical Product Owner | Integrations

About the role

Superchat is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the Integrations team, focusing on the public API, webhooks, and CRM integrations that enable AI agents to perform real-world actions. You will work directly with the founders and CPO to design API surfaces and drive the strategy for developer experience and product functionality. This role requires a strong technical background to collaborate effectively with engineers while owning the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own integrations, the public API, and webhooks end-to-end from strategy to launch
• Build tools that enable AI agents to interact with CRM, appointment systems, and custom workflows
• Collaborate with a team of 4 to 6 engineers to set and achieve product metrics
• Manage the developer experience, documentation, and roadmap for public-facing APIs
• Drive product positioning and launch activities in the absence of a dedicated marketing team
• Ensure high-quality product delivery through rigorous testing and final approval
