AI Acceleration Specialist

About the role

The AI Acceleration Specialist acts as a consultant builder to reinvent internal workflows across Neko Health. This role focuses on the full product development lifecycle, from discovery to adoption, with the goal of achieving significant efficiency gains rather than incremental improvements. The specialist will work closely with various teams to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that are genuinely adopted and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Apply the internal product development lifecycle to engagements without step-by-step direction.
• Ensure workflows are adopted and tracked from discovery through to iteration.
• Conduct consulting engagements, including one-to-ones and team sessions to facilitate learning and unblocking.
• Map and redesign high-value workflows in collaboration with team owners to achieve measurable improvements.
• Manage the AI Acceleration intake and tracking process end-to-end.
