AI Acceleration Specialist

About the role

The AI Acceleration Specialist acts as a consultant builder to reinvent internal workflows across Neko Health. This role focuses on the full product development lifecycle, from discovery to adoption, with the goal of achieving significant step changes in efficiency rather than incremental gains. The specialist will work directly with teams to design, build, and implement AI-driven solutions while teaching others to maintain and iterate on them.

Responsibilities

• Apply the internal product development lifecycle to engagements without step-by-step direction.
• Ensure workflows owned from discovery to adoption remain in use with tracking in place.
• Conduct one-to-one and team sessions to help others learn or unblock technical challenges.
• Map and redesign high-value workflows with team owners to achieve measurable improvements in time or cost.
• Manage the AI Acceleration intake and tracking process end to end.
