Senior AI Engineer, Agents and Platform

About the role

You will own the platform architecture for anzel, an AI-driven tool for the sports business industry. You will lead the development of reliable, scalable AI agents that automate complex commercial tasks while ensuring data security and system dependability. Working within a small senior team, you will guide AI-assisted coding processes and maintain a robust engineering system.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the platform architecture for AI agents
• Develop orchestration tools for reliable, long-running agent workflows
• Manage the tool layer, versioning, and customer-specific access scoping
• Implement data isolation, security, and compliance measures for customer data
• Build and maintain evaluation pipelines to ensure agent quality and performance
• Lead continuous delivery and release processes with a focus on rapid rollback capabilities
