Backend Engineer - Agentic AI

About the role

Getpress is building a next-generation PR platform that transitions from a traditional service agency to a Service-as-a-Software company. As a Backend Engineer, you will own the technical foundation of our AI-agent platform, working closely with the AI team to develop end-to-end PR workflows. You will play a key role in shaping the system architecture, data management, and the integration of multi-agent systems into our production environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop the full-stack PR platform that serves as the operating system for the agency.
• Build and orchestrate AI agent systems with self-learning loops to redefine the PR value chain.
• Design and maintain system architecture, including workflows, data models, and interfaces.
• Advance database architecture, focusing on both relational and vector databases.
• Ensure compliance and optimize the existing tech stack.
