Senior Lead, Project Management

About the role

The Project Management Lead will drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across Eye Security, spanning IT infrastructure, product engineering, and finance. This role involves establishing project management standards, tooling, and methodologies while leading and developing a team of project managers. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure project delivery and maintain momentum across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex, concurrent projects spanning multiple areas of the business.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and success criteria from kick-off to close-out.
• Maintain clear, consistent project status communication to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify blockers early and drive resolution, keeping projects on track.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of project managers.
• Establish shared project management standards, tooling, and ways of working across the organisation.
• Own and evolve project management methodologies to fit organisational needs.
• Drive post-project reviews and embed lessons learned into future delivery.
