About the role

As a Senior GenAI Solution Engineer, you will drive AI solutions across the full lifecycle, from rapid prototyping to deployment in scalable production environments. You will build robust backend services, design intelligent agent systems, and act as a consultant to translate complex AI concepts into tangible business impact for global clients. This role requires a blend of advanced engineering expertise and the ability to facilitate workshops and navigate stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI solutions across the full lifecycle from rapid prototyping to production deployment.
• Build robust backend services in Python that integrate state-of-the-art LLMs.
• Design and implement intelligent agent systems that automate real-world workflows.
• Integrate AI agents into the development lifecycle to enhance efficiency.
• Take ownership of code quality through clean architecture, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement frameworks to measure and optimize the performance of GenAI solutions.
• Facilitate client workshops and act as a technical sparring partner for business stakeholders.
