About the role

Natsana GmbH is looking for a student to support their finance team in maintaining efficient and digital accounting processes. The role involves assisting with invoice processing, master data management, and reporting while gaining practical insights into the accounting operations of a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei der Vorkontierung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
• Mithilfe bei der Pflege von Kreditoren- und Debitorenstammdaten
• Unterstützung bei Rechnungsläufen über digitale Freigabetools
• Mitarbeit bei einfachen Auswertungen und Reportings in Excel
• Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Ablage von Buchhaltungsbelegen
• Punktuelle Unterstützung bei Vorbereitungsarbeiten zum Monatsabschluss
