About the role

The IT System Administrator for Identity & Access Management will be responsible for the administration and operation of central IT systems related to user, identity, and permission management. This role involves configuring interfaces, automating processes for user accounts and roles, and ensuring high data quality. The administrator will also provide 2nd and 3rd level support and assist with audits and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate central IT systems for user, identity, and permission management.
• Configure and maintain interfaces to connected systems to ensure reliable data exchange.
• Develop and automate processes for user accounts, roles, permissions, and regular audits.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues within 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Document systems and processes and support IT security and compliance implementation.
