About the role

As a Senior Lead Consultant for Defense & Resilience, you will advise private defense companies and public security-related clients on high-security digitalization and transformation projects. You will bridge the gap between military/regulatory requirements and modern IT solutions, developing resilient strategies and architectures. You will work in interdisciplinary teams to translate complex technical challenges into concrete operational benefits for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise private and public clients in the defense and security sector on the development and implementation of high-security digitalization and transformation projects.
• Analyze complex professional, organizational, and technological challenges to develop robust solutions and target images.
• Translate military capabilities, operational requirements, and strategic goals into concrete digital solutions and technological architectures.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and concepts for the digitalization of security-relevant processes and structures.
• Accompany projects from strategic conception through professional design to implementation, ensuring concrete customer value.
• Conduct workshops with various stakeholders to integrate professional, technological, and strategic perspectives.
• Collaborate closely with experts in development, architecture, and delivery while taking responsibility for the quality of results.
• Monitor technological and security policy developments to derive relevant impulses for clients and the service portfolio.
