Senior Product Manager - Salesforce & Internal Enablement

About the role

Aroundhome is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the internal enablement team and optimize the company's Salesforce-based operational infrastructure. You will define and execute a strategic product roadmap to drive process automation, data consistency, and system integration to support business growth. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform legacy setups into a scalable, future-proof ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategic product roadmap for the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Identify root problems and validate high-impact opportunities using user research and data analysis.
• Challenge legacy workflows to design reusable capabilities and clean data flows.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business growth and operational scalability.
• Partner with Salesforce Architects, Administrators, and Engineers to manage the product lifecycle.
• Align business stakeholders across Sales and Operations through training and change management.
• Track success metrics to measure operational efficiency gains and explore AI applications for workflow optimization.
