About the role

The Global Analytics Manager will lead and grow a team of analysts to drive data-informed decision-making across 13 markets. This role involves bridging business needs with data teams, implementing AI-first analytical practices, and partnering with senior leadership to identify business opportunities. You will be responsible for building scalable data models and dashboards that provide actionable insights for individual doctors and clinics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a team of 2-3 analysts using agile methodologies.
  • Coach the team to adopt AI-first practices for querying, coding, and analysis.
  • Partner with the VP of Individual Doctors and VP of Clinics to identify business gaps and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain scalable data models and automations across 13 markets.
  • Develop dashboards in Looker or Tableau for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Act as a translation layer between business stakeholders and the data organization.
  • Create interpretation layers to turn metrics into AI-generated insights for end users.
