Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Gladia is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to define positioning and messaging for its growing portfolio of audio AI infrastructure products. You will own the go-to-market strategy, equip the sales team with effective enablement materials, and conduct market research to inform product development. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate technical API capabilities into compelling narratives for both technical and business buyers.

Responsibilities

• Define Gladia's positioning and messaging for each customer segment
• Lead market analysis and conduct product and customer interviews
• Build sales enablement materials including battlecards, one-pagers, and pitch narratives
• Orchestrate end-to-end go-to-market plans for product launches
• Track the competitive landscape to provide actionable insights
• Establish a structured win/loss analysis process to inform product and sales strategy
• Refine buyer personas and understanding of customer decision-making
