Entrepreneur in Residence - Finance & Operations

About the role

The Entrepreneur in Residence will take ownership of finance and operations, working directly with the CEO to scale the business. This role involves managing supply chain logistics, financial planning, and strategic initiatives to prepare for a future leadership position. You will gain comprehensive exposure to startup growth, including fundraising, marketing, and product development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply chain network, including inventory planning, production coordination, and order fulfillment.
• Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to optimize performance and costs.
• Oversee OPEX management and identify opportunities for financial efficiency.
• Manage the business plan, including P&L, cash flow, unit economics, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with external accounting and tax advisors for monthly and annual closings.
• Support the CEO in fundraising activities and investor relations.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, as an EiR, or in an operations or finance role within a startup
