About the role

Nebius is seeking a Technical Program Manager to help sustain, scale, and improve operational and software development processes within the Compute Systems Engineering organization. You will coordinate complex, long-running infrastructure programs across hardware and software engineering, cloud operations, and external partners. This role involves managing dependencies, identifying risks, and establishing processes to support the growth and reliability of the Nebius AI cloud platform.
