Senior Software Engineer, Account

About the role

Lemonway is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Account Tribe, which powers the compliance experience across their payment platform. You will drive the enhancement of customer-facing services, lead API integrations with third-party vendors, and implement regulatory compliance rules. This role requires a blend of technical craftsmanship, domain ownership, and collaborative teamwork to build a resilient, scalable platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, complex features while balancing code quality and delivery speed.
• Lead code and architecture reviews to enforce best practices and architectural standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by mentoring peers and experimenting with new patterns.
• Take ownership of the full development cycle, from specification to production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, infrastructure, and product management.
• Translate complex architectural decisions into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
