Senior Software Engineer (Capacity and Quota Management)

About the role

Nebius is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the team responsible for the Capacity and Quota Management control plane. This role involves building systems that manage GPU reservations, lifecycle rebalancing, and quota distribution across all services. You will define the technical foundations and tradeoffs for these critical infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the capacity reservation engine for managing GPU reservations and lifecycle.
• Build and maintain the Quotas Control Plane to manage resource distribution across services.
• Develop APIs for external customers, internal users, and downstream services.
• Implement algorithms for resource allocation and quota management.
• Ensure system reliability through distributed transactions and asynchronous workflows.
