About the role

As an Asset Accountant, you will design and optimize processes within the asset lifecycle management and oversee asset-related workflows. You will be responsible for managing master data, recording complex asset movements, and supporting monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB standards. Additionally, you will evaluate various asset classes and ensure accurate accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage master data and record complex asset movements
• Book assets under construction and handle subsequent settlements
• Support monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Monitor asset-related accounts and open items
• Evaluate different asset classes for balance sheet purposes
• Coordinate asset inventories and collaborate with internal departments

Qualifications
