About the role
The Technical GTM Lead will serve as the technical centre of gravity for the go-to-market team, bridging the gap between customers, sales, product, engineering, and machine learning. This hands-on role involves running technical evaluations, managing deployments, building demonstration environments, and ensuring field insights directly influence product development. You will act as a trusted technical counterpart for enterprise engineering and security teams to drive customer adoption of frontier AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical demonstrations and evaluations for prospective enterprise customers.
- Design and run technical evaluations, pilots, and proofs of concept.
- Create high-quality demo environments and reusable technical assets.
- Own the technical side of customer onboarding and deployment across cloud, VPC, and on-premise environments.
- Act as the primary technical bridge between GTM and the product, engineering, and ML teams.
- Develop technical content such as blogs, webinars, and enablement materials.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate with engineering for product support.
