Working Student CRM & Data Operations

About the role

Kranus Health is seeking a working student to join their team in Berlin for 15-20 hours per week. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business to ensure CRM data reliability and support decision-making processes across the company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HubSpot data by merging duplicates, fixing incomplete records, and standardizing properties.
• Support teams with lists, exports, property updates, and reports for marketing, sales, and patient journeys.
• Run regular checks between HubSpot and Power BI to flag discrepancies.
• Participate in CRM initiatives including setting up properties, lists, and testing workflows.
• Document cleanup rules and processes and make adjustments to HTML-based content.

Qualifications
