Senior Data Engineer

About the role

The Senior Data Engineer will join the Data Intelligence team to develop and scale the company's data platform. This role involves coordinating cross-functional data projects from conception to delivery while collaborating with stakeholders in marketing, product, and portfolio. The position focuses on maintaining data infrastructure, implementing data catalogs, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute cross-functional data projects with business and tech stakeholders from conception to delivery.
• Maintain and further develop the data platform, including introducing a data catalog and evaluating dbt to replace legacy pipelines.
• Design and implement complex data architectures and data models to enable self-service analytics.
• Coach and mentor junior and peer engineers to strengthen team competence and establish engineering standards.
