Senior HR Advisor

About the role

The Senior HR Advisor will manage day-to-day HR operations and provide strategic guidance to leadership and employees at Adaptfy and Metyis. This role involves ensuring compliance with Dutch employment law, facilitating HR cycles, and contributing to international HR projects. The position is designed for a proactive professional who can balance operational tasks with advisory responsibilities in a growing, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, absence management, and documentation.
• Advise leadership and employees on performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
• Support leadership discussions by providing relevant people insights and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law and translate global policies into practical procedures.
• Run HR cycles such as performance management.
• Contribute to cross-functional and international HR projects across Metyis.
