People & Operations Associate

About the role

BLP Digital AG is seeking a People & Operations Associate to manage HR processes and office operations in their Munich location. The role involves building end-to-end HR workflows, maintaining HR systems, and driving data-driven decision-making through reporting. This position is ideal for someone with an ownership mindset who enjoys process automation and shaping company culture in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build HR processes end-to-end including onboarding, offboarding, approvals, and reporting
• Own the HR system by implementing new features, automating workflows, and ensuring data quality
• Lead People projects from initial concept through to final rollout
• Shape company culture and manage daily office operations in the Munich office
• Handle day-to-day HR administration tasks
• Build People dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making

Qualifications
