Junior System Engineer Microsoft 365 and Automation

About the role

The Junior System Engineer will support the operation, further development, and automation of Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity environments. This role involves administering hybrid identity and directory services, analyzing manual processes, and assisting with technical projects. The successful candidate will gradually evolve into a key contact for complex system, synchronization, and authorization issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and development of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and hybrid identity services.
• Assist with user management, permissions, MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Manage Exchange infrastructure including mail flow and migrations.
• Automate manual processes using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and REST-APIs.
• Resolve synchronization, authentication, and authorization issues in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Participate in IT projects and maintain technical documentation.
