AI & Platform Innovation Engineer

About the role

Vicoland is seeking an AI & Platform Innovation Engineer to help develop and scale its AI-driven SaaS platform that enables virtual companies to compete for large enterprise projects. The role involves architecting AI-first software solutions, integrating agentic workflows, and owning the full development pipeline from design to production. You will work in a high-impact environment, collaborating with business teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-agentic solutions from scratch or by integrating existing agents and foundational technologies.
• Architect and build AI-first software solutions that are scalable, robust, and maintainable.
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end innovations.
• Own the full development pipeline, including design, development, QA, deployment, and production monitoring.
• Lead architectural discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor fellow engineers.
• Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, embeddings, and deep learning frameworks to unlock business value.
